Join me and Derek as we take a staycation in our home city of Chicago, Illinois!!!

This past August, we had a free Hyatt hotel night burning in our pocket, so we decided to use it at the Thompson Hotel Chicago!

In this vlog, we start with a hotel room tour to show y’all what to expect with a hotel room when visiting Chicago. Then, we paint the town! We go out for French food dinner and a comedy show on a Saturday night. Then, on Sunday morning, we head to brunch, check out the massive Air & Water show on Oak Street Beach, walk down the Magnificent Mile, and drink espresso martinis at the World’s Largest Starbucks – the Chicago Starbucks Roastery!
