In this video, I share some of the secrets I’ve learned as an indie filmmaker with a track record of raising tens of thousands of dollars in donations to support my work. Crowdfunding is a very difficult endeavor, and everyday aspiring production teams miss the mark and are unable to reach their goals of raising money for their independent film. However, I believe with the right strategy and approach, any crowdfunding goal is possible and in less than 20 minutes I explain all of the DO’s and DON’Ts of running a successful crowdfunding campaign for your movie. Additionally, I learn from two of my filmmaker friends, Josh Leong and Geena Hernandez, who have collectively fundraised over ,000 for their short films. If you got something out of this video, please remember to comment and let me know!
